Johnathan Asleep, Prototype Baby

Presenting the adorable little boy Johnathan Asleep, sculpted by Ina Volprich and brought to life by Maria Lynn. Johnathan Asleep is 19.5” and weighs 7lbs, 9oz. This beautiful baby is the boy version of the popular original Johnnie and is truly a stunning and lifelike baby boy.

Johnathan Asleep was cast by Maria Lynn Dolls exclusively for MacPherson's Arts & Crafts in top quality soft blend silicone. He is a full body silicone and is sculpted with an open mouth so he can take a small newborn or preemie pacifier. 

Maria Lynn has painted Johnathan with her own blend of professional silicone pigments and he is sealed with a high quality matte finish for a soft and smooth baby-skin feel. He has soft veining, beautiful mottling, fine capillaries, detailed nails, and lifelike shading all over. He has hand rooted eyelashes that were individually lightly curled for extra realism. His delicate eyebrows were very carefully applied one hair at a time and sealed into place. All of the hairs on his head were directionally rooted and lay naturally as shown. His light honey brown hair can be gently brushed and styled with lightly spritzed water and a soft bristle brush.
